Crunchy White-Mushroom

Unbelievably easy to prepare this snack with a very nice result. We can also eat it as a side dish. I only use two ingredients in it. Thanks for Kobe spicy flour. You can find in Asian Grocery Shop or if you’re in Indonesia you can find this famous flour in any supermarket and even in traditional market. Just toss the mushroom (or any meat/veggies) with this flour and deep fry until golden brown.

Another experiment by using Kobe flour for chicken & chicken skin. This was my unhealthy dinner :-D.
