Emergency Fried Rice (Nasi Goreng Darurat)

Last night, I wanted to have fried rice as my breakfast today. Cooked the rice last night and keep it in fridge overnight. This is the tips: Cold rice, it will create better fried rice. This morning I was very full and got more than enough energy for today’s meeting :-D.

Ingredients:
3 cups of cold cooked rice, keep it in fridge in advance
3 tablespoon of vegetable oil
chopped onion/2 cloves of small shallots
100gr ground beef
1 tablespoon Raja Rasa seasoning sauce
1 tablesoon of light soy sauce
3 tablespoon sweet soy sauce (Bango*)
chopped spring onion
optional seasoning

Method:

Heat the oil in a frying pan/wok and stir fry the onion for a minute, add ground beef and cook until a bit brown.
Pour in the seasoning sauce, light soy sauce and sweet soy sauce. Add the cooked rice into the wok and mix well until the white color of the rice covered by the brownie beef & sauce mixed. Garnish with chopped spring onion & serve with prawn crackers.
